Help?

So I have had 3+ miscarriages and I've been referred and currently going through investigation to see the cause of it. So far everything is coming back normal.... however I have now just found out I'm pregnant again, I called my Doctors and explained over the phone I have had recurrent miscarriages and can I book an appointment to see my doctor however they said it would just be normal procedure like any other pregnancy and I can see my doctors in a few weeks, is that normal? I thought they would check me over as soon as possible plus my anxiety is so bad about losing this one but I have good hope this little bean is a sticky one. Has anyone gone through the same situation, or know what I should do? X
