Opinion please

So ladies I’m so worried I found out I am prego not to long ago I dnt remember really when. Was the last time I got my period I know it was the end of July but my point is I did some blood HCG levels really low first one was 26.9 and then the next one was 59.4 and now my last one is 356 which they are going up which is a good thing so my doctor told me to come in to see if we see something in sonogram and when she did it there was nothing there she couldn’t see but the girl that did vaginal sonogram told me this machine detects at 5 weeks and up so my doctor think I’m really early or maybe be prego in my tubes which I dnt think I am. I think I’m early has anyone been threw this ?
