Lower belly pain? Normal?

I’m 29 weeks and FTM. How much lower abdominal pain is normal at this stage? I have a dull constant pain with a bit of throbbing in center of low abdomen, that’s been getting worse in the last 24 hrs (not sudden sharp pain like round ligament or Braxton Hicks), not sure if it’s a strain from all the MS vomiting I’ve been having the last few days, bruise from ninja baby constantly punching me, or if I should go get checked. No bleeding and baby is still ninja-like, and I see my OB on Tuesday 🤔 just have no clue what is normal.
