Cramps on one side...

Hi Ladies,

Calling doc on Monday, but needed some reassurance. I’ve been having light cramps since I found I was prego. Today however, my cramps have been pretty one sided and kinda sharp. To top it off, I haven’t had good line progression. However, the doc did check my hormones on Thursday and I had a progesterone of 15.3 and HCG of 93. I’m only 4 weeks along. Could this be signs of an ectopic or am I driving myself crazy for no reason?

Edit: I’ve just had two negative pregnancy tests back to back. :(
