Keto, bulletproof coffee and conceiving
Ok. I have been told that Keto helps in getting pregnant. Any thought on this? Also I have been told to avoid coffee like the plague. I miss bulletproof coffee. Has anyone been told this? Has anyone conceived going Keto? I did it for health reasons but I don’t know if I should continue if I am trying to conceive. I feel so much better on Keto and feel it has balanced my moods and stress levels.
