ER visit

After trying for several months, I found out I was pregnant August 22nd. The joy I felt was the most amazing feeling I have ever experienced. Last night I noticed some very very light spotting and didn’t think much about it considering that can be normal early on, within a 20 minute span I had bled through to my shorts. I went straight to the ER and found out I was miscarrying. My blood type is o neg and I’m rh neg. they said my baby was rh pos so my antibodies attacked my baby causing a miscarriage. I’m not sure what to do I feel so lost even though I was super early on. I’m not sure where to go from here, any advice on moving forward?
