Ivf meds ordering

Did you order all you Ivf meds all at once or as needed

For example my clinic ordered menopur and follistim 10 days worth to begin with. My pharmacy asked me if i want them all at once, they do overnight shipping.

I’m wondering if I should order like 7-8 days of it first and then more if I’m stimming for longer. I hear on average it’s 8-12 days of stim? I just don’t want to end up with like $4-500 extra meds or however much if I don’t need them. I’m pretty sure pharmacy wont except returns right? Paying everything out of pocket...
