Does anyone see a 2nd line?😭

I’m 12dpo and I’ve been sooo nauseous, my boobs have been killing me, I’ve been having cramping/a pulling feeling on my left side and I’ve been soo tired😪 my bbt has also been on the higher side. My CM has been stretchy watery with a yellowish(snot color) color which normally by now I don’t ever have any CM till after AF

*Edited to add: My CM has no smell to it and I don’t feel any itching down there at all and confirmed it with my doctor if I had an infection but they won’t do a blood test till I miss my period*
