Acne! 😭

Anyone have advice of how to get rid of this acne. I just had my period. I never break out this bad. I’ve always had clear skin with a bump or two usually before my period. I wash my face with a deep cleansing pore scrubber and I apply Neutrogena on the spot acne cream afterwards. I’ve used the African black soap before and it made my face burn. I feel like it’s getting worse. What do I do? 😭
