Highschool Breakups

Please don’t judge...So all middle school and highschool this boy liked me and tried numerous times to get with me so I’m 11th grade we went to prom together and started hanging out and eventually started dating. So after awhile I lost my virginity to him and we started having sex and I felt like I could trust him because he had been in love with me from 6th grade. We dated for 3 1/2 months and argued but it was never anything serious but this week he started acting like he didn’t want to be with me so Monday night we talked on the phone and kind of broke up but got back together. He cried and said that he didn’t know what to do and that he didn’t know if we should break up or not. Then Friday we broke up officially and now I’m heartbroken because I fell in love with him and we were each other’s first but it was so easy for him to let me go and I he met my family two weeks ago. How do I get over him and was this sudden urge to break up because of me or does it seem like he was interested in someone else?
