Me and my bf been together over a year

Well I have never changed my facebook status since we got together so today he asked me to Change it I put engaged. It has me to marry him a few weeks ago. Well he got like why did you put engage just put in a relationship . We was like hurry work faster delete it. So I got hurt and just deleted my whole facebook. What do I think he's not ready or he lied to me when he asked me to marry him. So hurt. We have a 2 month baby together
