Has anyone tried pineapple to naturally induce labor?

I am 6 days past my due date and pretty miserable. I want this baby out! I have an induction set for the 10th but my doctor said it’s safe for me to try all the stuff to induce naturally at home up until then. I’ve been doing all the things, long walks, labor ball exercises, spicy foods, sex, pressure points, literally everything haha. Someone told me last night that pineapple can induce labor but I’ve never heard of that before? Has anyone tried it and what was your outcome? Also if you know of anything else that could help please let me know, I would gladly take any advice!
