Pre-labor diarrhea

I’ve had a lot of tummy trouble the last two days. I’m 37+3 today. Baby is very low down, but as of five days ago I wasn’t dilated yet. It’s my first pregnancy.

Does this sound like a sign of labor or just another fun pregnancy thing?
