FTM double or single pump, feeding one side
My little guy gets all he needs from one boob each feeding. Only occasionally does he need the second one. I'm going back to work soon and I'm not sure if I should be double pumping or single pumping?
When I've tried it, I produce about 1/3 of the total amount from the side he last fed on and the other 2/3 from the one that would be next. Should I just double pump and save any extra for a rainy day?
