Struggling with how much to give

Typically I give my girl 3-3.5 oz of breastmilk at 8 weeks every 2-3 hours but I’m just not sure if she’s full. She’ll eat and then just kinda stop swallowing so I take out the bottle and wipe her face. This triggers her to make her ready to eat face. So I give her more bottle and she does the same thing. She’s not really making any more hunger cues aside from her mouth but I also don’t want to deprive her of milk if she’s still hungry. Does this sounds like she wants to eat or just suck?
