Normal?

Hello! I’m 4weeks 3days. Is it normal for some symptoms to come and go? My boobs don’t seem as sore today/as full feeling. I don’t feel as nauseous today but am still tired/have light cramping and some back pain. This is my first pregnancy so I just wanted to make sure. 
Anyone else experiencing something similar? My apt isn’t until mid October and I’m over analyzing!

Same with me. My boobs are always so sore first thing when I get up in the morning but I don’t notice them much throughout the day.

Yes very normal, intact symptoms may come and go all throughout pregnancy but the only thing you should be concerned with is if they ALL stop suddenly. I am having symptoms way earlier this time. With my first I only had peeing more often as a symptom at 4-5 weeks

5w5d boobs in the beginning weren’t sore ... then barley sore, then only sore at night , and now barley nothing idk my sister said she didn’t have any symptoms her boyfriend had them all my boyfriend gets them all 🤷🏾‍♀️ first ultrasound tomorrow hope everything goes well first pregnancy after months of trying hope my bean is growing Because i haven’t had much sleep worrying  about a chemical/miscarriage
