Leaking?! 30 weeks 2days

So I wasn't informed or have read anywhere about the possibility of your breasts leaking pre-birth. I read it has to do with your lactating hormone. Lovely laying down next to your husband just to feel a wet spot and your arm covered in liquid so he can feel you in the dark to find out that it's coming from your boob... That was great we both got a giggle out of that one. I generally sleep without a bra or shirt just because I get so hot at night. Any thoughts on how to get around wearing something to bed?
