Is there such a thing as being too small/tight?

I’ve had my period since the 3rd grade, I’m 18 now. Out of all my friends I’ve never worn a tampon, just for some reason it doest work out. I tried to lose my virginity a few days after my 16th and..that didn’t work out. I’ve never fingered myself either so that could’ve played a role in difficulty too..well one day I decided to look at myself. Like really look at myself and I thought to myself wow..and I’m expected to push out a whole baby 😞 do you think being small/too tight is a thing or something made up?
