All the symptoms but still BFN

Guys for a week now I've been just feeling like I'm pregnant like I know my body. I've been pregnant 3 times already. And I feel like I am yet negatives. And still no period. Idk maybe it's too early to test still. (Could be AF signs too idk)

But I've had bloating, cravings (like crazy I can't stop craving chocolate and salty stuff lol), headaches, I had a random cold that didn't last long, and right now I had spotting but it wasn't like period spotting it was weird (I know implantation is rare but idk) and I'm getting these cramps today that feel like AF but not really. Its deep in my uterus. And sometimes has a pull to one side.

Again this could all be AF but to me its never like this 😭😭😭😭 I'm going crazy
