Nervous about antivirals

Ladies,

I’m prescribed valtrax on an as needed basis. I’ve googled it’s safe to take antivirals during pregnancy but I wanted to hear what the community has to say.

Has anyone ever experienced being pregnant with genital herpes being in back of your mind ? I was diagnosed years ago and don’t get many outbreaks a year. Maybe a couple of that.

Any shared experience would be so appreciated !!
