Need some info and TMI

So I just recently switched birth controls. I was on Lo Loesterin fe but it made me crazy and I didn’t like the fact that I didn’t have a period. Made me paranoid every month. I was only on it for three months. On Saturday I started my placebo pill week for my new birth control Junel fe and yesterday I had just a little bit of brown spotting and this morning when I went to the bathroom I had bright pink blood when I went to pee. Enough for me to put a tampon in. We use condoms and he pulls out but I’m still trying to figure out how birth control will change my cycle and I read about implantation bleeding and it makes me nervous thinking I could be pregnant.
