Symptoms disappearing

I have had strong symptoms from the start, cramps,nausea, sore breasts, exhausted, etc. I'm now about 5 1/2 wks and a couple days ago they seemed to just disappear. I wasnt feeling hardly any symptoms except cramps I had a bit of spotting but has since stopped. Today my symptoms seem to be making an appearance but faintly compared to before. I have had 3 miscarriages but haven't ever had symptoms mor for less completely disappear. Has anyone had this and everything was ok?
