Any one agree

Basically I'm terrified to test again as I had a faint positive test a few days ago. I've had two dreams as well which in both I were pregnant. I haven't been feeling my usual self I've been exhausted which isn't like me and also my biggest fear is doing another test and it turns up negative is anyone else the same. yet I really want to no for definite if I am or not. I've been ttc for 3 years now and it brakes my heart every time I see a negative result so this faint positive really has my hopes up I just don't want to do another test for it to be negative. 😭
