I told my (college) counselor about my sexual abuse

and now the whole counseling dept is having a free seminar for students about sexual abuse 😂. they told me they got the idea from me and my story. it’s called ending the stigma. I’m really glad they’re doing it but wow lol. they even have various organizations coming out to talk at the seminar, and professors in the social sciences (psychology etc) dept, and info about our Human Resources, etc.

~The 😂 comes in because that’s just how I react to stuff that makes me a little nervous and at the same time kinda shocks me.
