Help with morning sickness please

I’ve had days where it has been very calm where I won’t puke but then suddenly a day comes and I’m hit with it ten fold. I have major headaches after puking, and can’t even keep anything down. Only today I was able to keep down some pasta, but everything after that I couldn’t even. Even though I was prescribed some 25mg vitamin B6 tablets that I have to take 3 times a day. That doesn’t work anymore and being like this overpowers the B6 and I end up throwing it back up after just taking it. And I’ll be 12 weeks on the 12th of this month. September.

I need some help because this is too much for me, even this morning I puked so much my husband was worried. Brought me a bottle of water to drink as he rubbed my back, my face in the toilet feeling like hell.
