Scared to see a doctor
I'm scared to see anyone about my PPD because I feel like they're going to think my baby is being neglected and I can't take care of him. This is absolutely not the case and he's perfectly taken care of and happy. Idk I think I just need some reassurance. Maybe this is just anxiety telling me these things. Idk. I cant bring myself to do it.
