SOS! Please! Cannot stop Gaining!
So I weighed 170 in 2018... after losing a baby and my baby brother being killed I packed on weight. I know it isn’t an excuse but I was so depressed and just ate it up. Now I’m 235 pounds and I cannot lose the weight! I’ve been walking Daily and cut the sugar and carbs and still I’ve lost two pounds in 3 weeks! Please give some advice on how I can get fit and back on track. I’m losing myself and I’m willing to put in the work. I cant-live like this anymore.
