Cramping

So I'm 3 weeks and 5 days, I'm having cramping only on my right side, dull pain. I'm terrified that it's an ectopic pregnancy, I'm not having any bleeding. I'm waiting gon my obgyn to call me back on what to do. Any of you ladies experienced this? Or no?
