MMR VACCINE

My son recently received an MMR vaccine yesterday as a safety precaution because we are flying out of the country in 11 days for vacation. I’m worried about my son getting the rash/fever that is common with this vaccine 7-12 days after it is administered. Has anyone’s child(ren) had any of these common side effects 7-12 days after the fact? It’s scary knowing I can’t take him to his normal pediatrician if anything was to seem alarming .. thanks in advance!
