So I’ve recently started seeing this guy.. well call him 1. He took me on a date, is a complete gentle man, tall, handsome, funny, easy to talk to and we message almost every day.. he texted me right after the date saying he knew he was “supposed to wait after a first date to text me but he had a great time and wanted to see me again”. No kiss at the end of the date either (I want to take things kinda slow). We are not monogamous or in a relationship.

1 and I made plans to go to a drive in movie theatre for not this weekend but the following. Later on he was saying how he didn’t know if he could wait that long to see me so he asked if I wanted to go bowling this Friday (I said yes).

We’re SUPER compatible. I really like him and I’m seriously considering a relationship with him. Despite being out of a 7 year relationship about a month ago... but really our relationship was over back in March, I just stuck it out for too long.

So before any of this happened I was also talking to this other guy 2. He’s tall and cute, I don’t really know him yet but I’ve met him in person at my cousins wedding (we were both in the bridal party) and he was very kind and funny.

Anyways he and I have a date to go to a movie Saturday (the day after going bowling with 1) and I don’t know, I keep thinking about 1. I can’t get him off my mind and I’m feeling slight hesitation now with 2. He doesn’t text me nearly as much and I’m not 100% sure if he wants a relationship. Maybe he’s waiting to get to know me in person?

Anyways I have NEVER been in this predicament... do you think I should cancel my date with 2? Or keep it just to see how it goes?
