High blood pressure

My blood pressure is usually boarder line but yesterday day at my apt it was high. They are having me come back next week for a blood pressure check after taking a baby aspirin for a week also already recommend go to the prenatal fetal doctor for my 20 week scan .

Feel like a failure def could have ate better but have been craving Mac and cheese and pizza and have been so sleepy haven’t been working out much . Didn’t think things would take such a dramatic turn and could severely impact my baby . Had a bit of a mental break down yesterday after got home husband didn’t understand why was crying couldn’t talk about it ... trying to do better with my diet and walk more just hope baby is ok 🥺
