Why won’t it stop?!

I kinda have a rant ladies and I hope y’all don’t mind! I went to a fertility specialist today because it’s been 443 days of trying to conceive! Well, I’ve been still producing milk after not breast feeding in a year and a half! Well, my fertility specialist said that’s a major reason why we haven’t conceived! I’m so upset with myself! She’s putting me on a pill but, no Pharamacy here has them! 😭 Has any of you gone through this? Any advice to dry my milk supply up? I’m so upset with myself right now! 😭

P.S. I’ve been ovulating but she said that it’s a possibility that I’m only 100% ovulating for a couple hours and not the full 24/7!
