Implantation bleeding?

I’m on cd 25 an glow says Af is due on the 21 but my ovia app says the 15th an ovia has been spot on and glow kept changing my expected period and ovulation date. I’ve been having sore nipples which is not something I ever experience. I alsa had chills an body aches an ran a low fever for 2 days with no other symptoms of being sick. I’ve also got a yeast infection which is weird Bc I haven’t had one in years. This is what was on my tissue after sex

If that’s from after sex, your SO could have irritated the cervix and that’s what’s causing the spotting. Implantation can look like that of course but there’s no way of knowing unless you either come on or you miss your period and get a positive test. There are so many different reasons we can spot before our periods and as we get older, our bodies and hormones change. 
I’d just wait it out and if your period is a no show then take a test.

So funny because 3 days before my period was going to start my husband and I were having sex and after I have the same, but a little browner and then it stopped... I’m like wth?? I thought he started my period so I waited and waited and it never came back. Nipples my boobs are usually sore when I start my period but my nipples were erected. For DAYS!!!! My due date for my period came and usually I start in the morning and I didn’t... I finally took a test and BOOM so dark. BFP.... we’ve been trying for over 6 months.... just test!!!!! Or wait until the day of your period and test.
