How do you shake a bad day?
So the past few days at work have been so stressful for me and the higher-up persons have been such assholes as I'm trying my absolute best in my job, I also just got promoted a few months ago and I know I'm doing a good job but they dislike me and try to argue and pick about every little tiny thing like things THAT REALISTICALLY DON'T MATTER. I'm just feeling very discouraged and sad. I literally went in the bathroom and cried today so stressed and then again once I got home and I just don't want to go back tomorrow. How do you guys shake bad days and have a good attitude the next day at work?
