PCOS - bleeding

Hello, hope someone can help...

I have PCOS and I have never had regular periods. I have one every year or so. I had a period from the 24th August to the 30th. I then experienced mild cramping and bleeding for one hour on Tuesday (10th September). I wasn’t bleeding prior to this hour and then as soon as I had cleaned up - I have not bled at all after that. I went to the doctors and he said he thinks I may have had a miscarriage.

Has anyone else had a similar experience or can offer any advice?
