I swear I’m pregnant or crazy

Please answer so I had what I thought was my period it didn’t last long and wasn’t heavy. In fact it lasted two days and I only went through six tampons and they weren’t even full. I have a had a headache for days. And I’m so sleepy my back hurt and I have cramps. I also am having yellow discharge but all pregnancy tests I take are negative. So I thought ovulation my ovulation tests are at 0.22 but you can clearly see a stronger second line. Could I be pregnant and nothing is showing up yet?
