Sneak peek??

My husband and I made the decision last night to not have a gender reveal party. We decided that we want to go to the doctor and find out ourselves privately, and then tell family and friends after. However, now that I know we aren't having a party, I'm DYING to do the sneak peek test to see what the gender is sooner! Our gender scan at the OB office won't be for at least 8 weeks but I was thinking about getting the sneak peek test done around 13-14 weeks (10w1d today). Hubs disagrees and says we should wait until the scan. 😭 Give me your opinions on this!!
