What are some lines you say when you have a close religious friend ask for prayers?

A friend of mine has been having some pregnancy complications and has made multiple posts asking for prayers. The only thing I can think of to say is “sending lots of love and good vibes your way” does that sound okay? I don’t want to sound insensitive

I always say "sending positive vibes your way " with the little letter emoji. Or "you're in my thoughts".
If you think about it, these ppl when they're praying are essentially talking to themselves. They're sending "good vibes", they just call it "prayer". Same with thoughts. When ppl silently pray, they're literally just thinking of you. You're "in their thoughts".
It's all the same thing, really. We simply phrase it differently.

I have said, "thinking of you today 💙" and it seems at least as useful as prayers, especially if I check in with them periodically to let them know they're in my thoughts. We can't always fix other people's suffering but we can help them feel seen.
