Folic acid
My Dr. recommended for me to get 1mg of folic acid daily. The vitamins I’m taking contain 800mcg. I went to the store and I got some and the smallest mcg that I could find was 800mcg.
Does anybody get more than recommended? Should I split the tablet and exactly get my recommended amount?
I’m just worried that for the first weeks I didn’t get enough and now I worry, can too much folic acid harm the baby?
As you can tell I’m paranoid,
