Sexting discharge?? (TMI)

So me and my So were dirty talkin over text while he’s out of town for a few days. So of course with that I’m getting turned on & I even went as far as touching myself too (down there) so he had to go and I went to the bathroom & the discharge was a very light brown color, so I decided to inspect further. After finishing up in the bathroom, I decided to insert a finger inside to cause some friction and got the same result. This is what it looks like...

What could this be/mean? I’m also on bc pills, and I used them to skip 2 periods now, I just skipped the 2nd one and I’m on week 1 still of this pill pack. Could doing this be why? Also it smells like blood. I did have a little bit of cramping yesterday & a few days ago, anyone else experience this?
