Did he block me?

Some dude I follow and have been talking to for months now posted something on his Snapchat and Instagram. I saw the one on Instagram but didn’t view the snap one because I was busy. A few hours later I go on snap and it’s gone ?? I go on Instagram and the story he posted today is gone but the one from yesterday is still there ?? Did he block me from viewing his stories or is it more likely he just deleted them?
