the kitty

So i dont know what to do about this. I have had this bump on my vagina and it changes between a pink and purple color. It only hurts if i squeeze it so try to out it or pick a charliehorse lmao. I cry because i am scared it is cancer or i might have to go have it looked at and that makes me very uncomfortable, i feel if it was cancer, there would be more things wrong. am i right? is there anything i can do to make it go away because it is very annoying and worries me so i just want to go on with my life. I am also only 14 so i wouldn’t think it could be cancer but you never know. please help or give tips and advice
