No more bottle feeding?

In one of the baby books I have been reading, they say by the 1st birthday, baby should be weaned completely of bottles. I’ve still been giving my kiddo 4 bottles a day, plus water in his sippy cup with his solid feeds (11 months old). Curious to know if other mamas have completely given up the bottle feeds already and how it’s going??

I'm at 4 or 5 bottles a day , I can't get her to drink anything but water out of her sippy cup . I also can't get her to sleep without a bottle , this weaning battle is gonna be hard .

Ditching the bottle as soon as we’re done with formula at age 1.

He does 2 bottles rn of formula and I'll change that to two sippy cups of cows milk when he's 1

I think it means the bottles, not the milk. We plan to get rid of the bottle completely but still give him whole milk 3-4 times a day.
