When should my baby sleep alone

My daughter is 9 weeks old now, I am a FTM. When should I start letting her sleep in her crib in her own room? She sleeps in a bassinet next to my bed now, but was wondering. Our rooms are right next to each other, less than 1foot apart, and I have a baby monitor for when the time comes. 
She is sleeping for 6 hours in the night so she makes it until 5 or 6 am before waking up to eat

Babies don’t start associating actions or feelings with events (cuddling to go to sleep as an example) until after 6 months. I kept my boy in my room until then. Naps were done in his crib in his own room to make sure he knew it was still a safe and familiar place. But nights were in our room. If he was having a bad night or was sick he slept in our room too.

You can put her in there any time now. My daughter has slept in her own room in her own bed since day 1 and she does at 11 years old.

We moved our daughter at 5 months when she was going through her 1st sleep regression. Her room is down the hall too, not next to ours. Best decision ever. Original plan was 6 months but It was time. I hated sneaking into our room every night scared to death to wake her lol we couldn’t even use our bathroom at night! We had to use the spare bathroom down the hall.

Whenever you don’t even have to put them in the same room right after birth that’s mainly just out of conscience for the middle of the night. 
My daughter is in my room but that’s because we don’t have a room for her. 
When we move she’s getting her own room and she’ll be 8.5 months but if I had a room she would have been in there at 6w when she started sleeping through the night.

I've heard you shouldn't move them until 6 months, but I had moved my boys to their own room at 2 months when they started to sleep through the night.

Guidelines for SIDS prevention day baby should be in your room for at least the first 6 months.  Mine end up staying longer because it’s easier for me in the night.

Although it’s recommended you wait, you can do it any time you are comfortable with it. My daughter is almost 4 months and I’m trying to transition her to her crib but it’s been super hard and I get mom shamed because of it. I wish I would’ve done it earlier because the older they get the harder it is to do😕
