Depends for post-labor bleeding. Yay or nay?

Quite a few women have recommended I get disposable underwear for post partum bleeding. Yet others have told me don't bother. Thoughts? I'm reading reviews and thinking something like below if I go for it. Any other brands you recommend?

I used jumbo overnight depend pads with my first which wasnt bad. This time I will be buying diapers though lol. The hospital should give you some mesh panties and pads but the panties rip so easily especially changing pads. Diapers just seem to be the easier solution.

I didn’t bleed that much after my first. Maybe for 2/3 days and the pads they have worked fine for me.

I hated that brand adult diapers. Depends or even generic felt better to me. I brought home some extra mesh underpants and pads from the hospital, but the underpants start to fall apart after a short while so I had the diapers as back up. I had 2 c sections so they were a life saver since they go way up past my incision. I didn't necessarily need them for the bleeding after a week or two, but my underwear all hit too close to the incision so I wore the diapers for at least a month.
