Confused

I’m 13dpo!! I had some very very very light spotting from 10dpo-13dpo (stopped in the morning on 13dpo) it was really really light brown and then on day 13dpo before it stopped I felt this little cramp and my spotting was red - still super light. When I checked later that morning it turned light light brown and then eventually stopped before the afternoon. I’m just so confused lol. My cycle ranges from 30-33days long so I have 3 more days before I get my period.

What should I do? Does it sound like implantation bleeding? Should I just wait until the 3 days? I’m nervous to test lol
