Negative test.

So I went to the hospital today because I have had a headache for about four days now. And like any time a women goes to the hospital they did a pregnancy test. They didn’t say anything about to Soo I assume it came back negative. I am 11 days before my period. Sooo this is gonna sounds really stupid because even though it game back negative at the hospital there is still a chance I could be pregnant right? Me and my husband have been trying since he got back almost two months ago and as much as I probably shouldn’t be I am getting discouraged. It hasn’t been long soo I mean I have time and I know it doesn’t happen rigjt away. I think it’s because everyone around me is getting pregnant and mine just hasn’t happened as fast. I just maybe need some reassurance. Please help
