Clomid and Progesterone

Calling all ladies that have used clomid and Progesterone to get pregnant!

My husband and I have been trying for almost a year to get pregnant with our second child. I stopped taking birth control a year ago and we thought things would happen sooner than what they are but we are not having any luck. My periods are irregular and I have only used ovulation tests one cycle and nothing happened when I got a positive test. So I thought maybe we should just stop thinking about it because that's usually when it happens right? Wrong.

I'm going to the doctor on Tuesday with high hopes to be put on Clomid and Progesterone. With that being said, how many of you got pregnant using these and how long did it take?
