Soo i dont know whats wrong with my body

So i had an normal period last months and ive had sex everyday after my period went off and double sex the week after causr i know thats my ovulation week wnd more so had sex two days before ovulation the day before and the day of ovulation the day after as well so i already knew i was pregnant now here i am in my third day ot my period and ive took a test couple days before my period and it was negative and usually my period would start off first three days really light and than really heavy and last for five to seven days but here i am in my third day and since day one its been extremely heavy and today I literally only used one tampon when i got up this morning at 640 am and changed it about 1130 am and than it wasn’t barely any blood on it and i just changed it now at 640 pm and hardly to no blood was on tampon so i leave it out and only where a pad and i started to bleed a little bit but im have all the pregnancy symptoms so i dont know if i should take a test or not ??? Im lost
