Back pain😩
Anyone else have really bad back pain really frequently?😩 it seems like every time I do my weekend errands I end up spending the rest of the day dealing with worsening back pain 😩 I use a heating pad occasionally on low and it helps sometimes but most of the time I just try to fight through it and avoid moving to much 😭
